Order & Delivery policy

*** RAMADHAN DELIVERIES AND SELF-COLLECTION UPDATE ***

For the month of Ramadhan, we are extending our delivery hours to allow orders to reach our customers closer to Iftar time. Our physical store will also be opened for takeaways and self-collection only. Therefore, do take note of some changes to our regular delivery schedule.

FOR DELIVERIES
  • We will be delivering daily (Monday - Sunday) from 2PM to 6PM. 
  • Do remember to indicate your preferred date in the checkout page when placing orders.

FOR TAKEAWAYS AND SELF-COLLECTION

  • We will open daily (Monday - Sunday) but with some changes to our operating hours.

     Day Operating Hours
    Mondays - Saturdays 12PM - 3:30PM
    Sundays 12PM - 2PM

  • For Standard Orders
    • When placing orders, please indicate your preferred delivery date in the checkout page on our date picker provided.
    • Orders received before 2 PM each day will be eligible for next working day delivery. Orders received after 2 PM will only be delivered the following working day. For advance orders, please specify the intended delivery date in your cart before checkout.

 

  • For Bulk Orders
    • For bulk orders containing more than 20 units, a 4-5 days lead time is required to help us prepare the order for you.
    • Should an order be placed to be delivered/collected earlier than the stipulated time, we will try and contact you to inform about it. Please check with us for further clarification.

 

  • Delivery/Collection
    • When placing orders, please indicate your preferred delivery method and time slot in the checkout page when selecting a date. 
    • For local deliveries/self-collection, we regret to inform you that we do not deliver/allow for self-collection on Sundays, Mondays, and Public Holidays.
    • Delivery Time Slots 
      • Our deliveries are usually made between 2PM and 5PM from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
    • Self-Collection Time Slots 
      • Our store is open for self-collections from 2PM until 6PM from Tuesdays to Fridays, and 2PM until 5PM on Saturdays.
