All orders (excluding cakes and macaron towers) received before 2 PM each day will be eligible for next-day delivery. Orders received after 2 PM will only be delivered the following day. For advance orders, please specify the intended delivery date in your cart before checkout.
We do not provide next-day delivery for orders containing cakes and/or macaron towers, as they require a lead time of 2 to 7 days, respectively, to ensure sufficient prep time.
For Bulk Orders
For bulk orders containing more than 20 units, a 4-5-day lead time is required to help us prepare the order for you.
Should an order be placed to be delivered/collected earlier than the stipulated time, we will try to contact you to inform you about it. Please check with us for further clarification.
Delivery/Collection
When placing orders, please indicate your preferred delivery date in the checkout page on our date picker provided.
Please note that the date and time shown in your confirmation email may differ from your actual delivery or collection slot. Your confirmed timing is the one selected on the checkout page.
Delivery Time Slots
We deliver daily (Monday - Sunday) on two delivery schedules:
2PM to 5PM.
5PM to 8PM.
Self-Collection:
Sadly, we do not offer self-collections for our orders (unless otherwise stated for selected items/collections).
